David Tyrrell is a beachside sales expert specialising in and around the highly coveted Bronte district, which he has always proudly called home. Determined from a young age to pursue his passion for a career in real estate, David landed a job at a local agency before he’d even completed his HSC and took up the role as soon as he graduated and now has over 20 years experience in the industry.

David’s extensive knowledge of the local market has seen him list and sell countless premier properties and achieve exceptional results – including being part of the winning sales team on Channel 9’s 2013 series of The Block in Bondi. As a lifelong Bronte resident, he has an innate understanding of the area’s unique property market and has developed an extensive network of clients with whom he maintains strong long-term relationships.

David embodies the Australian spirit with his positive outlook and approachable nature. A competitor and patrolling member of the Bronte Surf Club for more than 25 years, David is active in the local community and a highly driven individual who is a natural fit for the Ray White Phillips & Co Team.
